Your campaigns stopped serving ads because of a policy issue

Your Google Ads account is violating the Enabling dishonest behavior policy. Your AdMob campaigns have stopped serving ads because your Google Ads account has incurred a policy issue.

Steps to resolve

To resolve a policy issue in Google Ads:

  1. Log into your Google Ads account.
  2. Navigate to the policy issue notification in your Google Ads account.

    Once your Google Ads account is reactivated, you can continue running campaigns in AdMob.

You recently appealed a Google Ads account suspension. The appeal wasn’t successful, so your Google Ads account is still suspended. To run AdMob campaigns, you need to link to a verified, active Google Ads account.

To link to a verified, active Google Ads account:

  1. Log into your Google Ads account.
  2. Link to a verified, active Google Ads account.
