View bidder preferences for data usage

To make more informed decisions about your data sharing in demand channel settings, you can view bidder preferences for data usage.

Third-party bidders, including Authorized Buyers, Open Bidders, and SDK Bidders, can declare their preferences for data usage and bid request data.

These data usage declarations are designed to help you, as an Ad Manager publisher, make more informed decisions about your data sharing strategy.

Note that the declared preferences are for informational purposes and will not impact ad serving.

How bidder data declarations can help publishers

Knowing if data you share with bidders is received and used can help you make informed decisions for each bidder. Bidder preferences let buyers share how they use and don't use data. This results in greater transparency for publishers, helping to maintain revenue from trustworthy buyers while controlling business needs for their own user data. In addition, more opportunities for ads personalization may arise, as buyers gain access to relevant publisher data.
