Project Mariner for Google Workspace Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 26, 2025

This notice and our Privacy Policy describe how Project Mariner handles data for signed-in Google Workspace users. Please read them carefully.

When you use Project Mariner, Google collects your conversations (including prompts, responses, and audio transcriptions), browsing data (like URLs visited, cookies, bookmarks, and screen captures or other page content), feature usage information, and your feedback. Google uses this data consistent with our Privacy Policy to provide, secure, and monitor the service. This data will not be used to train Google's generative AI models.

Project Mariner saves certain browsing data for you (e.g., history, bookmarks, cookies that can store information like your signed-in state on websites, and other site data) in a new browser profile set up specifically for your use of the service. You can choose to delete this browser profile at any time in your Project Mariner settings. When you run tasks concurrently, data from some sessions may not be saved. If you choose to provide feedback, Project Mariner can use that feedback to improve its services.
