You can use Google Workspace Studio only if your organization supports it. To use generative AI features, your Google Account must be allowed to use Gemini.
Edit a flow
- On your computer, go to https://studio.workspace.google.com
My flows.
- Click the flow you want to edit.
- To edit a flow: Click the flow's name in the "My flows" list to open it in the editor.
- To edit a step, click the step.
- To delete a step, next to the step name click More
Delete.
- To add a step, click
Add step. Then click More
and the up arrow to move it into position.
- If the flow is on, click Save changes. If you close the flow without clicking Save changes, your updates are saved but not applied to the flow.
If the flow is off, your changes are automatically saved.
- To rename a flow:
- Open the flow in the editor.
- At the top of the page, click the pencil
to rename your flow.
- To copy a flow: From the "My flows" list, next to the flow, click More menu
Make a copy. The new flow will appear at the top of your list of flows.

- On your computer, go to https://studio.workspace.google.com
My flows.
Tip: You can also view flow activity in the Workspace Studio side panel in Gmail. In Gmail, at the top click
Flows.
- To get activity for all your flows: Click Activity.
- Tip: You can filter for Complete, In progress, or flows with issues.
- To get activity for one flow: Next to the flow, click More
Activity.
- Or, you can open a flow in the editor and at the top, click Activity.

Copy a flow
- Go to https://studio.workspace.google.com.
- Click My flows.
- Next to the flow, click More
Make a copy.
You can also click the flow, then in the flow editor click MoreMake a copy.
Turn off a flow
- On your computer, go to https://studio.workspace.google.com
My flows.
- Next to the flow:
- Click More menu
Turn off.
- Click More menu
The flow stops immediately, including any in-progress runs. You can turn it back on whenever you’re ready.
Delete a flow
Deleting a flow is permanent and flows can’t be recovered after they’re deleted. When you delete a flow, it stops immediately, including any in-progress steps.
- On your computer, go to https://studio.workspace.google.com
My flows.
- Next to the flow, click More menu
Delete.
