You can use Google Workspace Studio only if your organization supports it. To use generative AI features, your Google Account must be allowed to use Gemini.
Share a flow
Sharing a flow is a little different than sharing a file in Google Drive. Instead of setting access permissions for users and groups, you create a link and share it with others.
- On your computer, go to https://studio.workspace.google.com
My flows list.
- Click the flow you want to share.
- At the top, click Get a link to copy
.
- Change the permission from "Private" to "Anyone in your organization with the link can make a copy."
- Click Copy link and share it, such as in a Google Chat or Gmail message.
When they click the link, a copy of the current version of your flow and all its contents is created for them. They only see Workspace content they can access. Sharing your flow doesn’t give them access permissions.
Tip: The link to let others copy is the same as the link to the flow in Workspace Studio.
Unshare a flow
- Go to https://studio.workspace.google.com.
- Click My flows and then the flow you want to stop sharing.
- At the top, click Get link to let others copy
.
- Click your organization’s name and then Private.
People who already made copies of your flow can keep using them. But no one can use the link to make new copies.
