Get Google Workspace
Your organization needs Google Workspace before you can buy a Voice add-on subscription. If you don’t already have Google Workspace, go to Sign up for Google Workspace and Set up Google Workspace.
For billing, you need a Business account, not an Individual account. To learn more, read Update your tax information.
Add a Voice subscription to Google Workspace
Once your organization has Google Workspace, follow these steps to add Voice:

Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.

Go to Menu
Billing > Buy or upgrade.
Requires having the Billing Management administrator privilege.
- Under Categories, click Google Voice.
- Below the Voice subscription you want to add, click Get Started.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add Voice to your organization's Google Account.
