If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.
- Go to Menu
Directory > Users.
- At the top of your user list, click Add a filter.
- Select User status
Suspended and click Apply.
- If you have suspended users, you can:
- Restore a suspended user.
- Delete a suspended user.
- Leave a suspended user as is. You'll continue to be charged for this user.
- If you don’t have any suspended users, check for recently deleted users (steps below).
Check for recently deleted users
Important: If you're on the Annual Plan or the premium edition of Cloud Identity, your bill stays the same even if you delete a user. To reduce your commitment, you need to wait until your subscription renewal date. Learn more about reducing licenses.
When you delete a user, any outstanding charges for that user will appear on your next bill. To check for recently deleted users:
-
Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.
