View device data
As your organization's administrator, you can use device reports to see trends or an overview of information about devices running Chrome OS and mobile devices that are used in your organization.
Step 1: Open your device report

Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.

Go to Menu
Reporting > Reports > Devices > Mobile.
Requires having the Reports administrator privilege.
- (Optional) To see reports for Chrome devices, click Chrome.

Step 3: Change the data you see in reports
- Open your report as previously described.
- Click Manage Reports.
- To remove data from the report, next to the data name, click
.
- To add data to the report, next to Add new column, click the Down arrow
and select options from the list.
- To rearrange data, drag items to new locations.
- Click Save.
Step 4: Export your report data
You can export your report data to a Google Sheet, or download it as a CSV file.
- Open your report as described in Step 1 above.
- (Optional) Change the data to be included in your export as described in Step 3 above.
- On the report, click Download
.
- Select which columns to include and the format of the report.
- Click Download.
You can export up to 210,000 cells. The maximum number of rows depends on the number of columns you select.
