Configure Google Workspace for Google Calendar Resource Sync (GCRS), by following these steps.

Step 1: Create a service account

Complete the steps in Create a service account.

Step 2: Set Calendar internal sharing options

1. Sign in with a super administrator account to the Google Admin console.

   If you aren’t using a super administrator account, you can’t complete these steps.

2. Go to Menu  Apps > Google Workspace > Calendar.

   Requires having the Calendar > Settings administrator privilege.

3. Click Sharing SettingsInternal sharing options for primary calendars.
4. Select Share All Information.
5. Click Save.

If Internal Sharing options isn't set to Share all information, people who aren't managers of the resource automatically have their invitations declined. For more information, see Share room and resource calendars.
