As an administrator, you control who uses Google Workspace Studio. People who have Workspace Studio turned on for them can create agents to automate cross-Workspace tasks.

If you turn off Workspace Studio for someone, they can still get messages, calendar invites, and updates to shared files they own through someone else’s agent. But any active agents they own stop immediately and they can no longer access the app.
