As an administrator, you can turn on Meet API in Google Meet meetings to allow third party-apps to have access to Meet audio & video streams. You can control whether third-party apps can access audio and video from your organization's Meet video meetings by securely managing Media API access. This ensures the safeguarding of sensitive information, prevents unauthorized recording or processing, and enhances organizational security.
Note: To ensure privacy, participants are informed when Meet API is in use in a meeting, and each participant will be able to turn it off. Meet Media API can only be used in a meeting, if at least one user in the video call has previously agreed to the terms.
