Migrating files from SharePoint Online using the new data migration service is currently in beta and subject to the Pre-General Availability Offerings Terms in the Google Workspace Service Specific Terms.
You can access a report with detailed information on the items in your Microsoft SharePoint Online migration.
Access the report
You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task.

Sign in with a super administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using a super administrator account, you can’t complete these steps.
- At the top, click Go to data migration (New).
- For Microsoft SharePoint Online, click Migrate.
- Click Export migration report.
- If the Tasks list doesn't open automatically with the downloaded report, click Tasks
.
- For Your Tasks, click the link to open the report in Google Sheets.
Interpret the migration report
You can use the migration report to identify items that didn't migrate and the reasons they weren’t copied.
