Anyone links
An item in SharePoint Online can have multiple shareable Anyone links. |
Anyone with the link links
An item in Google Workspace can only have one shareable link labeled Anyone with the link. When multiple links to the same item are migrated, the service uses the most restrictive sharing setting. For example, if a SharePoint Online link is shared with Writer and Viewer permissions, the link will migrate to Google Workspace with Viewer permission. |
People in your organization links |
Domain-based link permission An item in Google Workspace can only have one shareable link labeled People in your organization. When multiple links to the same item are migrated, the service uses the most restrictive sharing setting. For example, if a SharePoint Online link is shared with Writer and Viewer permissions, the link will migrate to Google Workspace with Viewer permission. |
People you choose links |
Added as a direct user permission link with the highest role selected in case there are multiple links for a user or group. |
Files shared with external users | Shared with the same external users in Google Workspace. External users get an email notification when new files or folders are shared with them. External users do not have to be included in the identity map. |
