As your organization's administrator, you can let users transfer their phone number from their personal accounts to organizations' accounts. If the transfer is to an account that you manage, you’ll get an invitation to approve the transfer.
Review and accept a Voice phone number transfer

In the Google Admin console, go to Menu
Apps
Google Workspace
Google Voice.
Requires the Google Voice Admin role.
- Click Numbers
View the request.
- In the Number transfer request window, click Decline or Accept.
- If you select Accept, select an option:
- Assign later—The number is transferred to the organization, remains in the organization's phone pool, and is not assigned to a specific account. You can assign the number later in the Numbers page.
- Assign now—Click Add the service address
enter address details
click Assign number. The user gets an email confirming the transfer and assignment.
