To adjust the settings of Logitech devices for Google Meet meetings, you need to enter the Room settings password. You can toggle this on or off, and it’s enabled by default.
Supported devices
Room settings passwords are applicable to the Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini when you use them as Meet hardware devices.
How to view the Room settings password

Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.

Go to Menu
Devices > Google Meet hardware > Devices.
Some features may require having the Meet hardware View devices privilege.
- Click the Device settings section to expand it.
- Under Rooms settings password, Click Edit
.
- To turn on or turn off the password requirement, click On or Off.
- To view an existing password, click Show Password.
- To edit an existing password, enter the new password into the Update Password field.
- Click Save.
