To stop using Gemini for Google Workspace at your organization, cancel your subscription. Canceling your subscription terminates all of your Gemini for Google Workspace licenses.
You can cancel Gemini for Google Workspace and keep your other subscriptions active, such as Google Workspace.
Cancel a subscription

Sign in with a super administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using a super administrator account, you can’t complete these steps.

Go to Menu
Billing > Subscriptions.
Requires having the Billing Management administrator privilege.
- Click Gemini for Google Workspace
- Click Cancel Subscription.

Choose a reason for leaving and then click Continue.

Review the cancellation details and if you agree, check the confirmation box.

At the bottom, enter your administrator email address and click Cancel My Subscription.
