If you're not receiving a monthly report on unused company-owned Android devices by email, you can still review the list in the Google Admin console. You can also download the list and email it to recipients manually.
View inactive company-owned Android devices

Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.

- Click Mobile devices to get a list of your organization's managed devices.
- At the top, click Add a filter
Ownership.
- Select Company owned and click Apply.
- (Optional) To view devices in a specific date range, click Add a filter
Last sync date, select the dates, and click Apply.
- Click Download
select the columns for the report and the file format.
- Click Download.
